RECEPTIONIST / MEMBER RELATION OFFICER

Mercantile Athletic Club is the premier private business & sports club in Jakarta. Catering to the senior executive level of the Indonesian and international business communities and conveniently located in the prestigious World Trade Centre complex, it has been the home away from home for more than 1000 members since 1992.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Female
2. Excellent communication skill.
3. Good looking, outgoing personality, energetic, full of enthusiasm & self motivated.
4. Good command of English
5. Have a minimum of 2 (two) years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a   receptionist or guest relations officer in an international standard hotel.

JOB SUMMARY

Greet members and guests who enter the club. Check their reservations and directs them to the appropriate area. Answers and connects all incoming telephone calls. Is fully aware of the membership concept and club activities and promotes these actively.
